REANALYZE, LLC（以下「当社」といいます）は、「いっしょにがんばろ！」（以下「本アプリ」）において、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本ポリシーでは、当社が本アプリを通じて取得する情報、利用目的、管理方法について説明します。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を収集することがあります：
- ユーザー名（ニックネーム）
- メールアドレス（ログイン・認証に使用）
- ユーザーの目標および悩み（プロフィール設定による入力）
- AIキャラクターとの会話履歴
2. 利用目的
当社は、収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します：
- アカウントの作成および管理
- 会話履歴およびプロフィールに基づくAI応答の最適化
- 振り返り機能および記憶保持機能の提供
- アプリの機能改善および品質向上のための分析（匿名化された形式に限る）
3. 情報の保存と管理
- 本アプリで収集された情報は、Google Firebase（米国Google LLCが提供するクラウドサービス）にて安全に保管されます。
- 認証情報（メールアドレス等）は暗号化され、本人確認およびアカウント管理にのみ使用されます。
- ローカルキャッシュとして一部のデータがユーザー端末に保存されることがあります。
4. 第三者提供
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した個人情報を第三者に提供、販売、共有することはありません。
5. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、アカウント削除機能を通じて、自身の個人情報の削除を申請することができます。
削除時には、以下の選択肢を提示します：
- アカウント情報のみを削除し、チャット履歴や保存メモリーを保持する
- アカウント情報および関連するすべてのデータ（履歴・メモリーなど）を完全に削除する
保持された履歴は、個人を特定できない形でAI応答の改善やサービス品質の向上のために活用される場合があります。
いずれの選択肢においても、削除後のデータは復元できません。
6. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重大な変更があった場合は、アプリ内通知にてお知らせします。

Privacy Policy for “Issho ni Ganbaro!”

REANALYZE, LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information when you use our mobile application “Issho ni Ganbaro!” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following user information:
- Username (nickname)
- Email address (used for login/authentication)
- User goals and struggles (provided via profile settings)
- Chat history with AI characters
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Optimizing AI character responses based on user data
- Providing reflection and memory-saving features
- Improving app functionality and analyzing usage (in anonymized form only)
3. Data Storage and Security
- User data is securely stored on Google Firebase (a cloud service provided by Google LLC).
- Authentication information (e.g., email addresses) is encrypted and used solely for login and identity verification.
- Some data may be cached locally on the user’s device for performance and offline access.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law.
5. Your Rights
You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data via the in-app account deletion feature.
At the time of deletion, the following options will be presented:
- Delete account information only, and retain chat history and saved memories
- Delete both account information and all associated data, including chat history and memories
Any retained data will be used solely in anonymized form for the purpose of improving AI responses and enhancing service quality.
Please note that all deletions are permanent and cannot be undone.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via in-app alerts.
