「いっしょにがんばろ！」利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、REANALYZE, LLC（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「いっしょにがんばろ！」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に同意いただいた上で本アプリをご利用いただきます。
第1条（適用範囲）
本規約は、ユーザーが本アプリを利用するすべての行為に適用されます。
第2条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 他者になりすます行為
- 本アプリまたは当社のサービスを妨害する行為
- 著作権その他の権利を侵害する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 商業目的での無断利用
第3条（アカウント管理）
- ユーザーは自己の責任においてアカウント情報（メールアドレス・パスワードなど）を適切に管理するものとします。
- 第三者による不正利用があっても、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第4条（サービスの変更・停止）
当社は、以下の場合にユーザーへの通知なく本アプリの全部または一部を変更・停止することができます：
- システム保守または障害対応が必要な場合
- 法令または行政指導に基づく場合
- その他、当社が必要と判断した場合
第5条（免責事項）
- 当社は、本アプリの提供にあたり、正確性・完全性・有用性を保証しません。
- 本アプリの利用によりユーザーに生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（知的財産権）
本アプリに含まれる文章・画像・音声・構成などの著作権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。無断転載・複製等を禁止します。
第7条（準拠法および管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリまたは本規約に関連する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
第8条（アカウント削除とデータの扱い）
ユーザーは、アプリ内のアカウント削除機能を利用することで、自己のアカウントを削除することができます。
アカウント削除時には、以下の選択肢が提示されます：
- アカウント情報のみを削除し、チャット履歴や保存データを匿名化して保持する
- アカウント情報およびすべてのデータを完全に削除する
保持されたデータは、個人を特定できない状態で、AI応答の改善やサービス品質向上の目的に限り利用されます。
いずれの場合も、削除された情報は復元できません。

Terms of Use for “Issho ni Ganbaro!”

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application “Issho ni Ganbaro!” (the “App”) provided by REANALYZE, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all activities conducted by users within the App.
Article 2: Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Impersonating others
- Interfering with the operation of the App
- Infringing on copyrights or other intellectual property
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
Article 3: Account Management
- Users are responsible for properly managing their account information (e.g., email address and password).
- We shall not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorized use of an account.
Article 4: Modifications or Suspension
We may modify or suspend part or all of the App without prior notice in the following cases:
- For system maintenance or emergency
- To comply with applicable laws or regulations
- When deemed necessary by us
Article 5: Disclaimers
- We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App.
- We are not responsible for any damage incurred by users through the use of the App.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
All content within the App (text, images, audio, structure, etc.) is the property of REANALYZE, LLC or respective rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
Article 8: Account Deletion and Data Handling
Users may delete their account using the in-app account deletion feature.
At the time of deletion, the following options are available:
- Delete account information only and retain chat history and saved data in anonymized form
- Delete all account information and associated data completely
Any retained data will be used solely in an anonymized state to improve AI responses and service quality.
Deleted data cannot be restored under any circumstances.
